BY USING TEXTMUNICATION, INC (ALSO REFERRED TO AS "SERVICE"), YOU INDICATE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS!   Textmunication Inc, reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or change its Terms and Conditions at any time with or without prior notice.  You should visit the Textmunication website to review the current Terms and Conditions on a regular basis.  The date of the last update will be posted at the top of the Terms and Conditions for your convenience. Your continued use of the service following the posting of any changes to the Terms of Use constitutes your full acceptance of those changes.  If you have any questions, concerns, or comments about the Terms and Conditions, contact us at [email protected].   Textmunication, reserves sole discretion to, at anytime, immediately disable your access to the service without refund if Textmunication believes in its sole discretion that you have violated any of the policies listed above or anywhere else in this Agreement.   By signing below Licensee agrees that they:

• Have read and fully understand the Service Agreement and all attachments
• Have been informed that the Service Agreement is posted in full at textmunication.com
• Have reviewed and agree to the “Agreement Terms” on page 1

  You may terminate this Agreement at any time by notifying Textmunication's Customer Support at 800-677-7003, Emailing [email protected], texting “cancelme” to 87365 followed by your business name, or faxing a cancellation letter to 866-321-4232.   For account upgrades, please call Customer Support at 800-677-7003, E-mail [email protected]  or contact your agent directly. You can also text “upgrade” to 87365 followed by your business name.   IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement on the contract date above written.
